    Share your services, industries, certifications, tender preferences, and previous projects. Use the email that should receive the digest.

    Upload your evidence

    B-BBEE, CSD, certifications, project references, and optional CVs. PDF, DOCX, or XLSX. The files stay in a private folder.

    Pay through the link we send

    After signup your status is awaiting payment. We send a payment link. Monitoring starts after payment.

  4. 04

    Read one email a day

    Active customers receive a single digest. Sign in with that same email when company details change.

Built for suppliers

Tender Scout is for South African companies that want a reasoned view of public tenders, not a raw feed. Each recommendation is matched to your profile, your provinces, and the time you need before a tender closes.

Public tender packs are collected once and reused. Your company documents are not published and are not copied into other customers' folders.
